Tasting Notes:
One-hundred percent Cabernet Sauvignon (a barrel selection) from Coombsville, aged in 100% new French oak, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Clew is deep garnet-purple in color and a little closed at this youthful stage, giving notes of crushed blackcurrants and black cherries with an undercurrent of menthol, pencil shavings, underbrush, cigar boxes and crushed rocks.
